Accepting the terms

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the game. We may update them from time to time; playing after an update means you accept it.

The App Store or Google Play terms also apply to downloading the game and to purchases in it, and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the App Store version.

Your account

If you are under the age of majority in your country, play with your parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent, especially before any purchase.

Your account is personal: do not sell or share it. A guest account is tied to your device, and you may lose it if you delete the game or change devices without linking it to Apple or Google.

You are responsible for what happens in your account, so choose a decent display name.

Code of conduct

Not allowed: abuse, bullying and harassment, hate and discrimination, inappropriate content, sharing your own or anyone's personal data, advertising and scams.

Not allowed: cheating, using helper programs or exploiting bugs, manipulating results, and creating accounts to get around penalties.

You can report, block or mute any player from inside the game. We review reports and may remove content or apply escalating penalties: a warning, a chat mute, a temporary suspension, then a permanent ban.

Currencies, items and purchases

Gold is collected in play; pearls are bought or earned. In-game currencies and items are a limited license to use inside the game only. They are not your property, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game.

All purchases are cosmetic items or in-game currency and never give any advantage in speed, stability or control. There are no random boxes: the contents of every offer are shown before you pay.

The season pass is a one-time purchase for one season, not a renewing subscription. Some offers are time-limited or once per account.

All purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow the store's rules. We may change prices or withdraw items from the store without affecting what you have already bought.

Content and intellectual property

The game, its characters, cities, art, sounds and logos belong to Athr Game Studio or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use them to play only.

Landmarks in the game are artwork inspired by the cities, shown under the game's own names, and imply no partnership with their owners.

What you write in chat or choose as a name remains your responsibility, and you allow us to show it to other players and keep it for moderation for as long as running the game needs it.

Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Delete account.

We may suspend or delete your account if you break these terms. When an account is banned for a violation we do not refund items or currencies; what you paid the store remains subject to its policy.

We may discontinue the game or some of its features in the future, and will announce it in the game in advance whenever possible.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide the game "as is". It may sometimes stop for maintenance or because of faults, and we do not guarantee it is free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or virtual items, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the six months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms affects your consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to your legal rights in your country.
